Lake Tinaroo

Lake Tinaroo is 3/4 the size of Sydney Harbour and is a favourite local retreat for water skiing, fishing, birdwatching, bushwalking and swimming. Lake Tinaroo is only about 20 minutes away.

Lake Barrine

Lake Barrine is the larger of the two crater lakes. It nestles within a virgin rainforest with a circuit track, twin giant kairi pines, a tea house and daily lake cruises. About a 30min drive.

Lake Eacham

Lake Eacham, the other twin crater lake is also surrounded by virgin rainforest, is perfect for swimming, picnicking, bushwalking (a circuit track), with BBQ facilities, a diving pontoon and ramp. About a 30min drive.
